Order Processing & Changes

All items are made to order. Once an order is placed, changes, edits, or cancellations cannot be guaranteed and may not be possible once production has begun.

Shipping Issues & Claims

If you experience an issue with your shipment, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date or the estimated delivery date, whichever is later. All claims and return requests must be submitted within this timeframe and approved in advance. Approved return instructions will be provided upon request.

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If an issue is confirmed to be the result of an error on our part, we will replace the item or resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Carrier Delays & External Factors

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be longer than estimated. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping provider.

Returns & Unclaimed Packages

Returns are routed to the designated Printful fulfillment facility unless otherwise specified. Once a returned package is received, you will receive an automated email confirmation.

Unclaimed, refused, or unapproved returns will be donated to charity after 30 days and cannot be recovered or refunded.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees, if applicable, once a corrected address has been confirmed. God-Cloth is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect address information.
