Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Made-to-Order Items
Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind. We encourage customers to review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Refunds or replacements are offered only in the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or if the wrong item was received.

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Delays
Refunds are not issued for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Incorrect Address
Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address issues, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs, if applicable.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages returned to our fulfillment partner and not approved for return will be donated to charity after 30 days. These items are not eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order restrictions and loss of future purchasing privileges.
